# Install the a2a-exposed skills and plugin

Skills tell an agent how to deploy and operate an endpoint. You install the CLI yourself with `npx -y a2a-exposed@latest` (Node 22.18+), and that CLI deploys the Worker.

[Grok Bot](/quickstart/grok) is tested end to end. Other agents are on [compatibility](/docs/compatibility).

The default target is the current project. Commit the skills if the agent runs from that repository. `--list` only lists. There are two skills:

OpenClaw and Hermes are untested. They install the `SKILL.md` directories (`npx --yes skills add … --agent openclaw`, or `hermes skills install` with the full skill path). For Grok Bot, which is tested end to end, copy both `SKILL.md` files into its skill library. See [Grok](/quickstart/grok).

A completed A2A exchange still needs the deploy in the [quick start](/quickstart). Grok Bot is tested end to end.

## Optional companions

The setup skill offers these only if you agree. Neither is required.

`mise` is one way to get Node 22.18+. The Cloudflare skill covers Workers, D1, the `cf` CLI, DNS, Tunnel and Access.
